
个人简介
邵丹,女,博士,教授,硕士生导师,教育部高等公司产品专家,吉林省D类人才。曾作为访问学者赴美国内布拉斯加州大学林肯分校、加拿大渥太华大学、美国圣路易斯大学访问学习。主要从事机器学习与生物信息学研究,研究兴趣包括蛋白质组学数据挖掘、疾病蛋白标志物分析、医学影像建模分析。主持吉林省自然科学基金面上项目1项、吉林省科技重点研发项目2项;获授权发明专利3项;在《Briefing in Bioinformatics》、《Bioinformatics》、《IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics》等高水平杂志和国际生物信息会议上发表论文20 余篇。获ACM 中国优秀博士论文奖;获吉林省科技进步三等奖2项。担任中国计算机学会CCF教育专委执行委员、中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员。
